To do business with them you have to know them and they have to know us and our client. They are not going to compete with insurance lenders or conduits. They are a good source of construction loans and interim mortgagees. They do have a lot of flexibility and they can very often do the kind of makes sense lending that our clients are looking for. The same is true for Thrifts. Sometimes they can surprise with aggressive pricing when a deal is particular to their liking. They are important to us as a broker for our clients needs and we are important to them as a source of good loans.
